Mana Crystals Hawaii does not offer refunds or returns under normal conditions.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately at manacrystals808@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and specific area of damage from multiple angles. We will assess the damaged item(s) and will work on a resolution that is best in alignment with the situation.
